The Cleveland Executive Fellowship is an experiential, immersion program designed to accelerate professional development of civic leaders. Its goal is to prepare individuals for effective and ethical leadership in the public-affairs arena. At the end of their fellowship, fellows are encouraged to pursue pivotal roles within the city and the organizations that help shape it. Fellows agree to remain in Northeast Ohio for two years following completion of the program.
